This strong educational foundation paved the way for her versatile career in the BPO industry. Starting her professional path as a Customer Service Representative for a US-based telecommunications provider, Mia quickly demonstrated her prowess in service-oriented roles. Over the years, she has accumulated extensive experience, particularly excelling in remote work since 2014. Her leadership at Offsite Philippines Inc. is marked by a commitment to innovation and excellence in outsourcing solutions.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mia is deeply passionate about animal advocacy. Since 2016, she has actively volunteered for various charitable and non-profit organisations, dedicating her time and resources to causes close to her heart.
